Wall's Family Farm

We headed out to Wall's Family Farm in Terrell last weekend to cut down our Christmas tree. Last time we went, the twins were in backpacks. This time, the twins were running around like wild babies and Ellie from the Belly was in the backpack. What a change!

As usual we had a fabulous time. Raegan and Sloane both found trees for their rooms and all of the adults picked out great trees. We had some cookies and loaded back up into town. We ate lunch at the same place, Cole Mountain, and headed back home. In between watching the Cowboys lose AGAIN to the Giants, we decorated. It was a great day, aside from the loss by the Cowboys.

In other news, Raegan has lost her second tooth now. Both on the bottom. Samantha is still beating up on Mallory and stealing her toys. Mallory continues to be a momma's girl. Bryan got a new tool box and is selling the 64 bug (thank god we will be down to 4 cars soon). I have to work 4.5 more days before I am off for the holidays. Raegan has 6 more days of school. All in right in the Sharer house right now. So on to some pictures!

Thanksgiving Fun!

We had a great Thanksgiving break. Aunt Carole flew in from Montana and Jane and Denny came in town to visit the Johnsons. We had Thanksgiving at mom and dad's complete with the Sharers and Kiernans. We also went to a high school playoff game at the new Cowboy Stadium. That place is HUGE! Raegan had a blast at the game. And Raegan and I went ice skating at the Galleria with a few friends, complete with a lunch at Grand Luxe! It was a great week and I'm looking forward to Christmas vacation.

Farewell Shooting Stars!

Raegan had her End of the Season Soccer Party this week. We went to Jump for Fun. The kids all played and we had pizza and cake. It was a fun time!

Raegan will miss playing with the Stars. She has played for 5 seasons now and has been with the same group of girls during that time. Raegan learned a lot about soccer. We both made great friends with the girls and the families on the team. But Raegan needs to step up to the next level and is going to committ to her academy team. Playing 2 different teams was just too much for our schedule. So while Raegan is totally bummed about not playing with the Stars, I'm excited to see her improve her game a bit. A Little Trim

Sloane and I took Samantha for her first haircut this week. Let's just say she has very straight, thin hair and it needed a style. The straggle hair was getting on my nerves. So we 'bobed' it and it looks really cute! Here are some pictures, including a picture of the mess beforehand.





I by no means have perfect hair but WHY did none of my kids get my hair! I feel like having another kid just to see if I can produce a dark haired kid!

Halloween 2009

Halloween was LOTS of fun this year. The twins were really into Trick-or-Treating and loved getting the candy. They still haven't gotten to eat much of it though. We went out with our neighborhood friends. Raegan had a great time TOTing with her friends. As you can see Mallory was Sleeping Beauty, Raegan was Mulan, and Samantha was Cinderella. Such pretty princesses I have!





The twins had a party at Mrs. Sherry's house. All of the kids dressed up. They ate cupcakes for snack. Sang songs and got tattoos!

Pumpkin Patch 2009

We went to the Pumpkin Patch in Flower Mound last weekend. We met one of Raegan's friend's from school and her family there. It was BUSY as it was the first weekend without rain and everyone had the same idea as us. But it was fun and the girls had a good time. I'd like to take them to another one this year but I don't think we'll have any time with Raegan's soccer practices and more rain coming this week. Carina's father took a billion pictures with his super-duper camera and I'm hoping he got some better shots than I did. But here is what I have. The twins ate kettle corn while we were there and were just shoving it in their mouths!

Swine flu in the house

It was only a matter of time before one of the girls caught the oink oink. Samantha is the first victim. Mallory is on tamiflu as a precaution. I think I have it but I'm not worried about kicking it. Raegan is good and Bryan is good. Gotta love the swine!

Disney

We are back from Disney. We had a great time! Everyone was excellent. We only had one mishap of Raegan getting on the wrong bus and being lost. Nice. Here are some pictures from our Disney Photo Pass. I'll post more about the trip later!
