Seattle-Washington Part 1

I have good family friends that live in Washington. They were my parents old neighbors and moved when I was a senior in high school. I used to babysit the kids and was very much involved in their family. We have remained in touch since they moved years ago and I decided that while we were in Montana, we would go spend a few days with them. Carole went along as well. We dropped Bryan off at the airport on the way to the Seattle area.

Ingrid and Ron have always been great hosts and this trip was no exception. They took us around the town and showed us tons of fun things. Kiersten was also able to join us for most of the fun.

We went to the Locks to see the boats getting moved into the Sound. There is also a Salmon ladder and we watched the salmon jump upstream. Super cool!

We went to Pike Place market and drug the little ones around unwillingly.

Matt, Megan's fiance now, drug the girls around on a sheet in the backyard. Yes all 4 of them, Sloane too. He was exhausted!

We went on the ferry and had a picnic lunch on the beach.

We played Bananagrams and stayed up late at night talking.

It was so great to reconnect with the Williams! I hadn't seen some of the kids since Kiersten's wedding. They are such a neat family!
