Christmas with the Johnson Crew

Christmas with the Johnson Crew was great as usual.  We hosted again at our house and just had a good, lazy time of spending time together, opening gifts, playing, and eating good food.  We even had a white Christmas in Texas and the kids were able to spend time outside building snowmen and throwing snowballs. 

Christmas Morning 2012

Santa came to Hill Court this year and brought lots of toys.  Samantha and Mallory both got new bikes, Stuffies, coloring houses, and chairs for soccer.  Raegan got a radar gun, new Vera Bradley bag, X-box kinect, and huge giraffe pillow pet.  All of the girls got a new net for their trampoline.  Of course we got the girls a lot of other things (clothes, games, PJs, shoes, etc.). 

 

Our Christmas started VERY early.  The girls were up around 3:00 and sent back to bed.  Then they got up again around 5:30.  It made for a VERY LONG day but for the most part, the girls weren't grumpy and had a great day with family. 

Christmas Eve with the Sharers and Kiernans

Christmas Eve at the Kiernan's was a great night.  We had a nice dinner and the girls got some nice things from everyone.  All of the girls got suitcases and Disney shirts in preparation for our Disney trip.  They were spoiled again.  Lucky girls!

Christmas Cookies with the Johnson Clan

Family Tradition making Christmas cookies for Santa.  Grace Baker joined in the fun this year.  Lots of sugar.  Lots of icing.  Lots of licking fingers and knives.  Fun times had by all!!!

Jingle Bell Run 5K

Raegan ran her first 5K with her FC Dallas teammates in December of 2012.  The girls stayed together, as this was the first race they had done together.  Raegan said she walked 3 times with her running buddies.  However, she still ran a great time, much better than my first 5K.  She ran it in 28 minutes, 17 seconds and came in 5th in her age group.  She had a great time and wanted to run another one immediately!  Go RAE!!
